Structured jiu-jitsu, built for the way 5–7 year-olds learn.
The Little Champions class bridges the gap between play-based movement and the real jiu-jitsu curriculum. Kids in this age range are ready for more structure, partner drills, and clear technical progressions — and they love rising to the challenge.
Every 45-minute class blends warm-up games, technical instruction, and short positional drills. Coaches keep groups small so each child gets real attention, feedback, and the chance to ask questions.
Beyond the mat, parents notice better focus at school, more self-control at home, and a quiet confidence that comes from learning a real skill.

Frequently Asked
Is my 5 year old too young for a structured class?
Not at all — our Ages 5–7 program is designed exactly for this stage. Kids are ready to follow more structured drills, work with partners, and learn real jiu-jitsu fundamentals.
How long are the classes?
Classes run 45 minutes — enough time for warm-up, technique, and a short live drill, while keeping kids engaged and focused.
Will my child be sparring?
We introduce positional, controlled live drilling at this age — always closely supervised. There is no striking and no full sparring against bigger kids.
What should my child wear to the first class?
Comfortable athletic clothes are fine for a trial. If they continue, we'll help size them in a proper kids' gi.
